Mr. Hansen has most recently been involved with funding acquisition activities, including the development of business plans, organization and financial structures, product and system design, and market development activities.

Mr. Hansen brings over 25 years of technical and management expertise in information systems engineering, computer systems product development / production, organizational development, and project management. This experience spans multiple industries including aerospace, finance, utilities, and state and local government. After obtaining a degree in Economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara, he started his career with Boeing Computer Services with a team developing the Online Planning System in support of all new commercial airplane programs beginning with the 747.

His financial background includes 12 years of management, corporate and customer lending system development and support experience in the Banking, Savings and Loan, and Brokerage industries. As Managing Director at Charles Schwab, responsibilities included a major research and development group for redesigning Internet processing systems. These were key middleware processing systems connecting Internet "customer facing" systems and the legacy brokerage systems. As a Vice President at Home Savings of America and American Savings, Mr. Hansen was responsible for development and maintenance of all corporate and customer lending systems; PC to IBM mainframe.

Mr. Hansen brings over 10 years of corporate startup and organizational development experience. Hansen Information Technologies was co-founded with his father, Mr. R.J. Hansen, for the purpose of developing and selling maintenance management systems (MMS) utilized by utilities, state and local government agencies, telecommunications companies and the transportation industry. As President and CEO, Kalidor, a subsidiary of Alps US Inc., was founded for the purpose of developing, marketing and selling rugged mobile pen-based computers, and related peripherals and systems integration/project management services into vertical industry markets. As Deputy General Manager for Mitsubishi Electronics America, Mr. Hansen created the Mobile computing Division from several groups within the organization for the purpose of product development and sales of laptop and pen computers for the American market. This was the most senior position held by an American in this Japanese-owned corporation.
